Welcome to nustas. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and nustas ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the nustas website located at https://nustas.net, including all related services, features, games, promotions, and content made available through the Platform.

By accessing the nustas website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether real-money or for fun — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to real-money gaming on nustas is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing nustas from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and you are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by nustas or any affiliated entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by nustas or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You have not previously had a nustas account closed, suspended, or terminated for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

nustas reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

To access real-money gaming features on nustas, you must create a single registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information submitted is truthful and agree to update it promptly should any details change.

One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active nustas account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

KYC Documentation: Before your first withdrawal and at any point deemed necessary by nustas, you will be required to submit identity verification documents, which may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, driver's license, UMID, or PhilSys national ID).
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance).

nustas processes KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of request may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the nustas Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). nustas supports a range of local and digital payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance following successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. nustas does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits on your account, subject to KYC completion and compliance review. nustas aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated at the point of request. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take longer.

nustas does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and does not process withdrawals to accounts not belonging to the registered player. Any attempt to use another person's payment details constitutes fraud under Philippine law.

nustas offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each promotion. Players who have opted out of marketing communications or bonus offers are not eligible to claim promotional incentives unless they reverse their opt-out preference.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.

All games available on the nustas Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, Tower, Fortune Rabbit, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers.

RNG Certification: All software-based casino games on nustas use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG certification status of our game providers is reviewed on a regular basis.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the studio's own game rules and procedures, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome already determined by the dealer or game mechanism will stand.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game software malfunction, crash, or connectivity failure that results in an undetermined outcome, nustas reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the wagered amount to your account. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the nustas Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action under Philippine law:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to generate wagers or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game to generate winnings outside of normal game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer games or poker-style formats, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with sports betting markets.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any financial activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160 as amended).
• Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity, or providing falsified KYC documents.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform's software, game logic, or security systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of the Platform.

nustas is deeply committed to responsible gaming and recognizes that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. We take this responsibility seriously and have integrated a range of tools directly into the player account dashboard to help you stay in control of your gaming activity.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Use the nustas brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Screen-scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated means.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorized use of nustas intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, nustas and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue due to technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or game error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of any game, feature, or the Platform as a whole.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement limits nustas's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

nustas collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your data is used for purposes including but not limited to: account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties outside the scope of our service providers and regulatory obligations.

nustas reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the nustas Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedures described in these terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of your nustas account, gameplay outcome, financial transaction, or these Terms & Conditions, you agree to first contact our customer support team and allow nustas a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts. Players may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through their official complaint resolution channels where the matter falls within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.

Any final determination of a dispute by nustas management regarding game outcomes, bonus awards, or account status shall be binding pending regulatory review.
